Priyanka completed her bachelor’s in law with distinction from University of Bangalore, India. She has been teaching English and Social Science in Non-profit organizations. She was in the editorial team of her college magazine and has done a certificate course in creative writing. She has also worked as a GMAT English trainer. She loves to read, write, dance, travel and explore (just about everything she can!). She is a foodie and likes to cook. Priyanka joined iN Education in 2014. She recently moved to Madison, WI from Philadelphia.

Lauren Seagren, Editorial Team – iN Education, Inc.
Lauren Seagren lives in Eagan, MN. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a Degree in Organizational Communication and Creative Writing. She is currently working in the Public Relations field and has a love of writing and editing. When she’s not working Lauren loves to read, listen to music, and spend time with her family, friends, and dog.
NinaWarnke, Editorial Team – iN Education, Inc.
Nina has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a Ph.D. from Columbia University and has worked in higher education as faculty and administrator for the past 25 years. Originally from Germany, she has lived and worked in New York, Indiana, Texas, and now resides in Tennessee. Currently on a sabbatical to prepare for her next career phase, she is enjoying life by doing pottery, yoga, and gardening and volunteering her editing, writing, mentoring, and coaching skills to various non-profit organizations both virtually and in Nashville.
Jordan Helwig, Graphic Designer / Production Artist, iN Education, Inc.
Jordan is a freelance designer who graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in graphic design and has since continued to advance his knowledge and experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and Word Press. His portfolio contains projects he created over the last two years for local community events as well as volunteer work for charity and professional organizations throughout the country. The projects range from ads and logos to business cards and posters. As a result, he received real world experience by marketing himself and networking with other professionals in business and charity. His attention to detail and turnaround time have also benefited by working on projects from start to finish whether large or small. Other than his internship, nothing has helped him to improve my skills and experience as a graphic artist for success more than freelancing.
Eboni Akins, Graphic Designer / Production Artist, iN Education, Inc.
Eboni has a degree in Print Journalism from Hampton University. She has experience supporting the U.S. Congress, a U.S. presidential campaign, the NBA, educational initiatives, faith-based institutions, and civic/community groups. Eboni has written for publications large and small, and has volunteered as an on-air personality for two college radio stations. She enjoys writing, designing graphics, drawing, watching a good Korean drama, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with a team of creative professionals at iN Education, Inc.
Mathangi Venkatraman, Graphic Designer / Production Artist, iN Education, Inc.
Mathangi is a student of Graphic Design at The New School in Manhattan. She is expected to graduate in Spring 2017. She used to be a calligrapher and it was her interest in hand lettering that got her into the design program. She loves reading books, cooking, watching cute dog and/or baby videos on YouTube.
Ebony McFarland, Graphic Designer / Production Artist, iN Education, Inc.
Ebony is a graphic designer with over three years experience. She creates various print and web materials. She enjoy watching horror movies and going shopping.
Nupur Srivastava, PhD; Writer – iN Education, Inc.
She has a PhD in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry from University of Hyderabad, India. Her research interests is understanding and studying the signaling pathways in plants/crops under stress conditions as well as writing/editing research papers and proposals. Presently, she is residing at Naperville, Illinois and looking for a suitable Postdoctoral Researcher/Lecturer positions. Her passion is education and research. She believes, “The aim of education is not to transfer knowledge; it is to guide the learning process. Education is about the happiness of the children; it is a means by which children could open their minds and interact creatively with their environment. Rather than provide knowledge itself, we must encourage within children/youth, the joy and excitement that arise from learning”.
“The non-profit organization, iN Education, Inc., of which WOW Education Rewards Program is its part, is dedicated towards creating meaningful programs as ‘Scholooza’. These programs encourage and supports youth/ students to achieve their desired academic levels, self-esteem, and confidence, self-expression, in addition to life and leadership skills. The opportunities and resources that students will gain from these programs, would help them overcome their obstacles and environments, to succeed and graduate from high school and move on to earning a higher education degree or trade.

Ameera Khawaja, Column Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Ameera graduated from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, Pakistan with BA Honors: Mass Communication. She gained her experiences during her internship at Jang Group of Newspaper Lahore, Pakista as well as while being the sub-editor/photographer at the Dept. of Marketing and Dept. of Fundraising and Alumni at Lahore University of Management Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. Besides editing, writing, and proofreading, she likes to help raise awareness while contributing to worthy causes. She is currently working at NY pet shelter as a shelter representative.
Earline Marshall, Column Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Earline Marshall has a BS in Management Studies and an MBA both from the University of Maryland University College. She has experience in grant and project management, is organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. She has worked several years for non-profit organizations in this capacity.
Shweta Roy, Column Writer, Video Producer – iN Education, Inc.
Shweta is originally from Kolkata, India. She completed her Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, India in 2014. She was a reporter of Telegraph in Schools, Kolkata India edition for four years during her high school years. She was the author of more than 50 articles in editorial columns in this journal. She has also interviewed a few TV professionals and published a couple of interviews. She has also reviewed and written summaries on a few books. She had quite a few of her articles published in the college magazine. She has also anchored in different college festival events. Her hobby is writing and reading good books. She is married and presently resides in Houston, TX.
Erica Murphey, Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Erica is a thirty-year-old student of Mass Communications. She has written several higher education news pieces as Examiner dot com’s Houston Community Colleges Examiner and been a staff writer for Lone Star College Montgomery’s student newspaper The Voice. Erica was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, on her college’s President’s List, and the recipient of an Outstanding Dependability Award for her work on her school newspaper. She currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
Carol Kim, Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Carol Kim began her career in the field of public policy. She holds a degree in Government from Pomona College and a Masters of Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin. She worked in Washington, DC for advocacy groups, a member of Congress and later, after moving to Texas, in the field of environmental policy. Carol later took time off to raise her two children. Since 2010 she has worked as a freelance writer, doing both copywriting and writing for children. She recently co-wrote a children’s book, Ellis and the Hidden Cave, with Cerece Rennie Murphy, which was released in December 2016. Carol is especially happy when she can spark a love of reading in children who have been reluctant to embrace the world of reading and books. She is also interested in promoting access to and improving education for children. She enjoys reading, traveling and cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family in Austin, Texas.
Lakia Curtis, Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Lakia currently holds a Certificate of Eligibility in Elementary Education (grades K through 5) and a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University. She has written for several corporate and collegiate publications over the past 15 years and continues to pursue an M.A. in Instruction and Curriculum from Kean University. She enjoys singing, piano playing and creating vegan cuisine in her spare time.
Nidhi Menon, Writer – iN Education, Inc.
Nidhi received her bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from Purdue University in 2015. She is now pursuing her doctoral degree at Virginia Tech in the field of Translation Biology, Medicine and Health. Enthusiastic about science and engineering, she is working towards bridging the gap between them via her research. She is an ardent supporter of science journalism and believes that it is imperative to inform the community about important new discoveries and emerging technologies. Nidhi is an avid reader, enjoys sports and loves to travel. She is ecstatic to be a part of a versatile team at iN Education, Inc. and looks forward to the concerted efforts of the team to promote education.
